Our Menu & Concept
Arden Wine Bar + Kitchen was born out of an appreciation of nature's bounty - the unique produce, grapes and animals indigenous to the Pacific Northwest.
Each dish is inspired by the season in which it's harvested, with the goal of delivering natural flavors without manipulation. The focus of Arden's menu is a 4-course Chef's Tasting menu ($64); this menu is comprised of dishes that change nightly, carefully chosen and attentively executed by Executive Chef Sara Hauman and her capable team.
To elevate the dining experience we offer curated wine pairings for $42. These wines are not only the perfect pairings for each dish; they are also rare and reserved bottles served at their ideal time of consumption.
For guests who would like to craft their own experience, dishes are also offered a la carte, served individually or shared for the table. The same menu is offered throughout the restaurant, though reservations are taken in the dining room and at the chef's counter, while the lounge is held for walk-in guests.
*Changes and modifications of the menu are politely declined.

*20% Service Charge will be added to parties of 6 or more.
